MaximoGroups.org is a non-profit private foundation dedicated to supporting and promoting professionals who work with the IBM Maximo enterprise asset management platform. Managed by veteran Maximo specialists, the organization coordinates regional user groups and workshops across the country—including the Pacific Maximo Users Group (PacMUG) and the Facilities Management & Maintenance Users Group (FMMUG)—to foster knowledge sharing, showcase industry successes, and build collaborative relationships among asset management professionals.

• From I-80: Take the Douglas Blvd exit East toward Roseville. Turn right onto Sunrise Ave. In approximately half a mile, turn right into the Harbor Village business park (just past the corner of Coloma Way).

• Finding the Suite: Suite B-10 is located in Building B. When you enter the main Harbor Village parking lot from Sunrise Ave, head past the front retail spaces toward the professional office suites. Building B features clear exterior suite signage to guide you right to their office entrance.
